An Exhilarating Tribute to Tina Turner, the Queen of Rock and Roll
Montreal, February 19, 2025– On Sunday, March 30, at 4 p.m., the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal will be rocking out to the greatest hits of Tina Turner with Tina LIVE. Brought to you by the one and only Lady SDG Sylvie DesGroseilliers, this tribute to the queen of rock and roll will be an unforgettable experience.
With flamboyant costumes, exciting choreography, a charismatic performance and simultaneous projection, Lady SDG, accompanied by 16 onstage artists, will bring back Tina Turner’s electrifying concerts. Throughout the 90-minute show, the audience will experience the mythical performances of the rock and roll icon as they sing along to timeless hits such as The Best, Private Dancer, We Don’t Need Another Hero, What’s Love Got to Do with It and Proud Mary.

Sylvie DesGroseilliers
Born on the South Shore of Montréal, Sylvie DesGroseilliers is a versatile artist whose powerful voice and compelling energy are a hallmark of the Québec music scene.
D’abord révélée au sein du Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir, elle a partagé la scène avec des légendes telles que Ray Charles, Céline Dion et Patti LaBelle. Son talent l’a menée à des prestations prestigieuses, notamment lors de l’inauguration de la très honorable Michaëlle Jean, ainsi qu’à une interprétation remarquée d’Amazing Grace devant la Reine Elizabeth II et le Prince Philip.
First discovered as part of the Montréal Jubilation Gospel Choir, she has since shared the stage with legends such as Ray Charles, Céline Dion and Patti LaBelle. Thanks to her talent, she has performed at prestigious events, including the inauguration of the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, and given a remarkable rendition of Amazing Grace in front of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
As a performer, she has appeared in several hit musical productions, including Du Rock à l’Opéra, Génération Motown and Esquire Show Bar. She was also a featured singer on the TV show Belle et Bum.Today, with four albums and 5,000 performances to her name, including Women of Soul, her acclaimed solo show paying tribute to black music icons, she pursues her artistic career with Tina LIVE.
